I was going to post something less than supportive about the team selection but given other events it doesn't seem remotely important now

Incredibly poor team selection. Collins, Heskey, Hutton should not have been in. Jenas, Bannan, Herd in the middle, with Zog, Bent and Gabby. Bit, bit of creation and might keep the ball. But no. Fucking Heskey plays.

The news on Speed is an incredible shock, and the game will no doubt be subdued, and the Swansea will almost certainly win.

Where's Petrov?
Why isn't Jenas playing?
Is Collins playing?
Injured
Not fully match fit
I dont think so

There's an argument that playing the game is a tribute to him, but I don't know where I sit on it. However we are playing the game and I hope we win.

Apparently the ref consulted both managers and they decided they wanted the game to go ahead -im surprised by their decision.

Why? He has nothing to do personally with either club. (although I;m not saying Sky money also swayed their decision)

Manager of their national team and a friend and ex teammate of players on both sides-i feel the game should not have gone ahead and im sure most people would have understood.

It's really beyond belief a player like Emile Heskey gets a game ahead of some of those players on the bench.
