I'm not often moved to post, but this has been the most gutless, clueless performance I've seen in years. We seem happy to lose 2-0. We are Aston Villa and should have more pride and desire, we are not some tinpot club along for the ride and this performance shows that the players and manager don't understand that.

Sorry but the fact we started with the same team that ended the first half has me questioning AM for the first time.    Tonight has been embarrassing.

Not even trying to put up any resistance, shocking!

Bring the kids on for a few games and make Herd captain, cant be any worse

How on earth does Heskey get to stay on the pitch?  What's the point?

Anyone who still continues to defend McLeish has to question themselves as a Villa fan. And I will challenge them to it.

McLeish has still got my support.
Spurs are a good team this season and I would not be surprised if they finish top 4.

Fuck knows. His reason for being is to stem set piece goals, which he has failed to do so over the last 6 weeks.

Ijust want our lads out of there.  Start again next match.
eh ? It will just be more of the same.

No - they are showing fighting spirit but something - the tactics? is awry.  Time to look at this and say, ok, what happened and how can we make it better.

They are, and neither would I. But that doesn't make our performance, or the team selection and tactics, any more palatable.
