6 goals conceded in the last three games.  After the first few matches I thought AM was going to sort  the defence out, but looks like we have slipped into Houllier mode again.

I'd rather still have GH here than our current one even GM too! We will never beat the likes of Arsenal & Liverpool under this manager!

The commentator being very polite in saying that Mcleash not noted for his attacking ambitions, rather see 1-0 than 3-2.

I don't like the match commentators. Patronising.

Townsend and Southgate are trying to find something positive but struggling.

I thought we were getting back into it and then they scored again.
Here's when McL does his half time magic, I hope.
And it looks as if he might have done.  Good to see young Herd and Carlos in the same team.

How often must Heskey give the ball away and put the pressure back on his team mates before he never wears a Villa shirt again?

Does this mean we are in a mini-league with the bottom six now?  Keep the score down against the top 6 and concentrate on those around us.

As I've tweeted and put on FB it is depressing that Hutton and Heskey are where we once had Ashley Young and James Milner, not to mention Herd (no disrespect to the young right back) where Gareth Barry was and James Collins where Martin Laursen used to be.

FFS, Spurs were so far behind us three seasons ago and now we go there with a white flag of surrender.

This.

I think I must be going nuts, but I don't think Villa have played *that* bad considering the opposition.
Apart from the two crap goals (and yes I do realise how stupid that sounds) I do not think there has been that much between the two teams.  Slightly concerned what gear Spurs are currently in though...

Spurs are now willing to sit back which is why we are having some of the ball - just waiting to pick us off
