Jesus Christ. A manager has made tactical decision. Does he not realize we're Villa?

If it works, I love it.

I'll be stating more of the bleeding obvious later!

No problem with him tightening up the midfield defensively.

I remember last season Heskey had a great game away at Spurs, until he went off injured.

First goal uber important when you send a line up out like this.   Let's hope Gabby continues with his run of form and we get one early.  If we're left chasing the game with this line up it's going to be a long night.

Spurs fans to be singing 'boring boring Villa' if they don't score 3 by half time?

This is going to be a very long night for the defense,
not a fan of ''parking the bus'' but if it works .........

If he sees the amount of criticism he's got before a ball's been kicked, I would think he'd guess.

Obviously bolstering the wide area's threat of Bale and Co, makes sense, question is, is he playing Gabby up front with Bent, Gabby will need 2 markers, if he's playing Heskey up front or just of, waist of time in my opinion, Gabby needs to be right up there, and Gabby will want to prove to the next England manager what's in his locker.....

C'mon you Villa boys

Is McLeish that wary of Bale that he is playing a full-back in front of the full back?

Well in fairness I suppose Hutton's strength is more going forward so it's not the end of the world. I hope it works out.
