Help needed to register online to book tickets.

I usually buy my tickets in the New St. shop but today I tried to register on the OS to buy tickets for the Man U game.
I typed in my booking ref number and up popped my details with two required fields empty........ Work telephone number and Mobile telephone number.
I'm retired so don't have a work number and I've never owned a mobile. Easy I thought just type in retired for the work one and none for the mobile but I keep getting the message "Please enter a valid work telephone number  and a valid mobile telephone number."
I've tried various ways of saying I'm retired and don't own a mobile but it wont let me past the bloody page without the numbers.
I've tried shouting at the computer but that didn't work.
HELP!!!

just create a fake number ie 0121 8888888 for work number

No problem - I had to do the same when registering my mom for Tesco's home shopping.
