Sunderland well on top for the last few minutes, pressing us back to our own box very easily.

Not looking good now (like normal failure towards the end of the game).

Not very pleasent to watch Villa at the moment.

They are piling on the pressure now, we need to get a hold of the ball!

Looks like we've taken a fair few up there.

Anyone know how many?

Good tackle, Herd

Then he loses it thanks to McLeish's superb tactics. Why did he even need to hoof the ball then?

Guess what - hoof game isn't suiting us - yet we do it all the time?

Two expensively assembled painfully average sides.  I'm struggling to care

Worryingly theirs look much more like winning the game at the moment. We are totally shite. No sparkle apart from Gabby at times, even Bent seems to be average now.

It is like the club had an injection putting everyone into can't be arsed mode after the FA Cup semi 2 years ago. We have not been the same since the 7-1 at Chelsea.

We have no confidence going forward.

The number of times we string passes together and probe, only to end up on the edge of our own area is frustrating.

Lovely build up play from Villa there, best of the match. N'Zogbia probably should have hit that with his right.

Better.
