I've just hosted a seance wherein we channeled Sir Alf Ramsey. I have to tell you, he's disgusted.  He knew about the red card way before it happened.

Sir Alf reckons we don't stand a chance unless we find a totally English Manger.  Like David Beckham. 

I'm a bit surprised with his choice but hey, if it helps England.  Has he got the coaching badges?
