2-1 defeat on the basis that they're quite good just now while we're crap

Christ, what has the board done to us to the point where we think a promoted team who hasn't been in the Premier League for ages will destroy us?

We really need to force the board out somehow. They've had too many free passes for my liking and it's about time the fans raised their voices to know we don't want them associated with this club anymore. They are the core of the problem and in time they will relegate us with more of their fuck ups in the future.

Because whilst they are attempting to develop Premiership football and have invested into there squad with experience and the required toughness to do that, we flatter to deceive and are playing football at best decent Championship form.

QPR......If we get yet another point we will have done well.

Hundreds of millions of free passes you mean?  Get a grip.

QPR are in form and might give us a game, but I expect a strong reaction and for us beat them .  A draw wouldn't be a bad result anyway but for some it seems that it might be the tipping point from really cross to extremely angry.

I'm already sick of the phrase 'it's a good point' we are basically birmingham City playing in Claret and Blue.

Cameron Jerome looks better than Bent at the moment.

Remember when we didn't want SWP?

I think we'll get it together this weekend. While I don't usually condone players talking to the media in the week leading up to a game, Bent may have sparked an offensive frenzy. I can see Gabby having a big game along with Bannan, players who truly appreciate the shirt. And to be honest, I think it will be beneficial that we're away from home. The home support is no longer support, but instead angst and uneasiness.

VILLA 3-1

From memory, i think there's only myself and i think Ozzjim who were in favour of SWP. We really needed another winger in.

Yes i think we'll see an improvement on Sunday. Hopefully the players have sat down and watched Tuesday's game and realised how bad they were.

Just saw we've sold out for this. How much were tickets and what allocation did we get?

I thought we'd have a fair few empty seats, considering the prices and it being on TV.

Fair play to everyone going.

According to the OS we had an initial allocation of 1650, at about £40 for adults. I went a few years ago when Fulham (?) were ground sharing there, and that ticket allocation will fill the upper tier of their away end which is tiny. Think total capacity is only about 18000

1-0 win. I'd like us to try this line-up.

Given
HuttonCollinsDunneWarnock
PetrovClark
HerdBannanDelph
Agbonlahor

My God that team looks bloody dreadful.  We really are down to a few very average players and a load of unproven kids.

That team wouldn't make the top six of the fizzy pop

I'm not to sure about injuries, so forgive me if someone's injured.

Given

Hutton-Collins-Dunne-Warnock

--------Petrov--Delph

------------Jenas

----N'Zogbia------Gabby

-----------Weimann

Obviously Bent replaces Weimann if fit and I'd pick Jenas for the experience, then next week I'd replace Petrov with Bannan.

Our big worry is central midfield and the worrying thing is that apart from Jenas (who is now in the process of changing his name to Clark as he is now being likened to Superman) there is no-one else to come in.

£40 + travel + London beer money on a Sunday is an expensive day out. I really didn't think we'd sell out. Great we have (especially considering it's the only game on TV this Sunday and Sky is free this weekend).

3-1 QPR, got a bad feeling about this one. Think Barton will bully our central players and Taarabt will come alive for this one.

Bent and Heskey both out for Sunday. Jenas only 50-50.
