Mcleish is not a c***, he seems like a nice enough bloke. Unfortunately he's been left hanging by the board.

He must have known the situation when he took over though.  Perhaps he (and us to an extent) are coming to the stark realisation that there isn't as much quality in the squad as we'd hoped.  Where's Heskey when you need him.

Yep I wanted to see Gardner start...

The total lack of attacking intent is very, very worrying though.

McLeish out.

You beat me to it

The bloke is a c***

He went for a top job and got it. Stop shooting the fucking messenger. He's a decent bloke.

If you have a problem with him, point the finger at the people who appointed him so that they'd have somebody to blame for us turning shite when we sold our best players and didn't replace them.

Absolutely Tim.

The poor twat has been hung out to dry.

Like Ireland has? This is thoroughly embarrassing.

I wonder if it will ever come out why MON really left? I wanted rid of him if I'm completely honest but it appears he made the right decision with the way things have gone since?

It's so glaringly obvious now why he left. I am not too proud to admit I got that badly badly wrong at the time. I was anti O'Neill for about a year before he left and considered him the devil incarnate for walking when he did.

Now I believe the tension was there for a year but he stuck it out. I think he left when he did, not to do us maximum damage, but because something absolutely awful must have happened (being given Stephen Ireland for a start).

I point the finger at people who said ' Imagine Mcleish if he was backed with money '
