Novak Djokovic
« on: September 14, 2011, 02:42:21 AM »
I think the guy deserves a thread of his own - mostly because I couldn't be arsed dragging up an old tennis thread.

Did anyone see the US open semi or the final?    The bloke is just unbelievable.   Some of the most intense tennis I've ever seen.   The way him and Nadal were hitting the ball was ridiculous and Joker's return of server was just ridiculous.

I can't see him (or anyone for that matter) having another year like that for quite some time.   He lost twice all year: in the French Open semis and then retired to Murray in the final of some tournament in the US a few weeks ago when it was about 110F.

Would rather he won than Nadal or Federer. At least he has some personality.

They're all dull. If they have to have men's tennis they could at least get rid of the boring seeding system so you don't know for certain who the Semi-Finalists will be before it's even started.

They're all dull.

You obviously didn't watch the Mens final at the US Open then.   That was anything but dull.
