I seem to remember Alan McInally having a pretty ropey first few games, although he was coming back from an injury.

No one could possibly top Ugo surely? I think the saying amongst the players for having a nightmare debut was, ' Having a Ugo'

I watched him having an absolute mare against Norwich, but as far as I recall, his debut was an away game in London,Arsenal or Wimbledon.
