"Loyalty Points" are one of the great mysteries of the Villa. I don't think that anyone's ever figured out what they're for or when they'll be used.
Priority for tickets is just based on ticket purchases for the current (and previous, this time of the year) season, plus Season Ticket status.
"Loyalty Points" didn't even seem to be used when we were heading off to Wembley frequently a couple of years ago.
