Good half, great to see Gabby getting involved in general. I'm not totally convinced yet, but feel much more comfortable with a 2 goal lead under Mcleish than the last two managers that's for sure.

Heskey would hold his own in any PL team. He does so much work oiff the ball its unreal

crikey thats the silliest comment ive heard in years.

No, your's is. You clearly know little about football
Its why Heskey has as many international caps as he does

you think heskey could get in any of the top 4 teams-he had international caps , hes 33 now are far past his best -watched villa for over 30 yrs pal and had season ticket for most so i think i know about football and heskey could certainly not hold a place in any premiership team now-utterly laughable.

I think Heskey could easily make it into a "top 4" club, the reason why he hasn't is because we are good at keeping our best players.

Lets have a little perspective.

We've looked decent at times when we've got the ball down, but blackburn are an utter embarrassment.

great to see gabby and petrov looking back to their best ,warnock also looks comfortable and full credit to all 11 for their 1st half display.

Lets just hope we don't come out like the team I've seen for the last 7 years who play for 45 instead of the full 90. I suspect Big Eck won't let that happen in the dressing room...

...got my tickets for Newcastle and really looking forward to it now.

Christ, did anyone see that tackle by Cattermole? Bloody leg breaker and he seems to do it on a regular basis.
