Good stuff.  Once the game settled down we realised Blackburn are shite and that goals are there for the taking.  All we can do is fill our boots because we won't get many easier games this season.

Our shape's very open
Absolutely - it will be a real problem against a decent team.

Still, that's 3 halves of football without conceding a goal now.  Not often last season we could say that.
True - but let's see if we play the same formation against a decent side.

Hey, no problem with the formation, a good 4-2-3-1 with options on the ball. I just question opting for Heskey in the central attacking midfield role who, in spite of his goal, has been far from impressive. However, Delph, Petrov, Gabby and at times N'Zog have been very good.

One more goal, then swap Emile for a defender and close the game off

The way I'd sum up that half:

2-1 wasn't a stuffing. as as far as Villa goes this has been as comfortable a performance as any.

you think heskey could get in any of the top 4 teams-he had international caps , hes 33 now are far past his best -watched villa for over 30 yrs pal and had season ticket for most so i think i know about football and heskey could certainly not hold a place in any premiership team now-utterly laughable.
