Old Villa Shirts.
« on: August 18, 2011, 10:51:25 AM »
As a few are aware I'm off to pastures new in a few months time, as such I'm going through all my stuff I have loafing around at my Mom's. Amongst the stuff I'm getting rid of are old Villa shirts. In the past I have seen people on here posting links to charities that are after old football shirts to take to Africa, amongst other places. So does anybody know of any charities that are looking for old shirts? Alternatively those who have used these charities before can you recommend how I organise myself getting the stuff out there?

I may also have some old Villa Programmes (mainly from 1990 up to around 2006) and back issues of H&V - so if anybody wants them they are more than welcome.

Bazz I recall that Sir Graham is involved with one of the charities via Veolia Water and a partnership with Kit Aid.

I'll take the H&V's if they're going.

If they haven't already been chucked out by Mother they are all yours. I'll let you know if/when I find them.

For the hassle I can't be arsed to put them on Ebay to be honest, I'd much rather give them to a charity.
