Non-Prem League Footy Shirt Printing

Wonder if you could help me out please. Does anyone know of a shop in Birmingham or Black Country that will print a name and number on a non-Premier league football shirt?
My mate is a Grimsby fan 40 next week and I ordered a top from GTFC website but they won’t print onto tops ordered over the net.
I have tried JJB, Sports Direct and the Villa shop but they will not print onto the shirt – all jobsworths. I said to the guy in the Villa shop that both my son and I are season ticket holders and we spend a lot of money on the club and asked if he could help me out. But still no.
Any ideas? Many thanks.
