This is a massive season for him, he's clearly got talent but as of this moment I doubt he's gonna make it.

At least we have him tied down to a longer deal so we can get more for him when the big boys decide they want him after his 20 goals this season ...

Totally agree taht this could be his make or break season.  I hope we dont have another Stefan and Luke Moore situation where they were bigged up as the next best thing and then failed to deliver

If he fulfils his potential, we can rest assured he'll be off to a top 5 club with one year left on that contract.

If he fulfills his potential maybe we will be a top 5 club? I'm really pleased the club have done this, I am still optimistic about him and McLeish must be too.

Needs to show he really wants it and pdq - not convinced at all up to now and even when I saw him play for the reserves (which was not that often), I couldn't really discern what all the hype was about...

Still have high hopes for the lad. After Bent, he's our best finisher. Hopefully he'll get a proper run this season.
