I do not doubt they have injected money into the club and general facilities. It makes it a better place to go to. Youth team has always produced the goods from way back before Randy's arrival.We are looking at a few years of dearth in the wilderness while he gets that investment back.Ashley Young is only the beginning of the exodus.I will deliberate when I see who we replace him and others who will undoubtedly go, with.Randy runs the whole kit and caboodle and we pay him for doing so. He better have some success or the Holte pub will be as forlorn a place when saturday comes round as it is on any given weekday evening.Randy is of the Puritan ethic and the Villa were always dashing Caviliers...I'm not sure what sort of plough he'll have us pulling next...but I can see the shires being groomed right now.
