I reckon we'll have topped that 21 point sum before the Bonfire weekend is through...

The fixture computer spewed out an interesting round robin for the first 3 fixtures.

Blackburn v Wolves
Fulham v Villa

Villa v Blackburn
Wolves v Fulham

Villa v Wolves
Fulham not playing Blackburn though so here the story ends

I remember a season when Blues or Albion always followed us around the country. Eg. If we played away at Boro then so would they the next week.

Been a slow day in the shop, sorry.

I know we always play at home when Blues are away and vice versa... one year though we always seemed to play the opposite local rivals, so we'd be at home to Man U, they'd be at Man City, they'd host Arsenal, we'd be off to White Hart Lane. Don't know why they did it that way.

Teams are 'paired' in the fixture computer. I'm not entirely sure how it works, but Southend United are paired with West Ham. So where one is in the country on particular weekend affects where the other is. The missus is going out tonight so I'll research this further if you like.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere else, but our match at Eastlands has been moved back to Sat 3pm after being originally moved to Sun 1.30.

I assume this is due to their european commitments, but it has buggered up my weekend.

When do you guys think I can be sure when the Villa - Man United game is safe from not being moved? is there some rule - when its to late to move?

You need to wait until Sky and ESPN have chosen the games they wish to cover for December. This hasn't been done yet but should be soon. Looking at our December fixtures I would expect some changes for us.

Man U are in Basel on Wednesday Dec 7th, so there's a good chance we'll be on the Saturday
