My work patterns dictate that I'm on shift Wednesday nights and all day Saturdays. Whether or not this will turn out to be a good or bad thing I don't know, but I'll still go down if there's a Sunday k/o. I'm one of probably very few Villans who regularly hopes that k/o times get moved!

I renewed a couple of weeks back.
Whether Mcleish gets the job makes no difference.

If season ticket sales are massively down, it will be interesting to see what happens if Mcleish with Bentys 15 goals by Xmas has fired us into the top four.
Record half season sales ? Like rats jumping back on a resurfacing ship ?

I've renewed, but am incredibly gloomy about the future.
Same here.
The social side of it keeps me going.

That said, I don't blame anybody for not bothering, there will be plenty of offers available with the below par attendances.

Haven't renewed yet, but will - my renewal date's dictated by when my credit card statement's due. It may be something to do with reverse [or even forward] psychology, but as soon as someone tries to convert me to their views/cause, the opposite is more attractive for me. Anyway, it's each to their own at the end of the day. If non ST holders get a better deal for individual matches I can live with that.

If they appoint McLeish not a chance in hell. Not going to fork out £100 + in air fares + every thing else
every 2 weeks to watch the dross he will turn out.
Will get a season tick for local club here.

Wishing I hadn't renewed on Saturday if Mcleish is going to be appointed. The atmosphere at VP was bad enough with the few Ged haters last season, I dread to think what it'll be like next season.

Yes. Despite the board having a mental wobble this week I will go again.

Yes, without hesitation.

I think anyone not doing so because of the choice of manager is a fool.

No because of finance and other things that are going on during the season, but will go to as many as I can regardless of the boss.

I will go down as many times as I can like I do most seasons depending on how things pan out (for me rather than the Villa).

I've heard a story today that people taking their tickets back for renewal are being refused. Anyone else heard this?

I completed the finance application form last week but haven't signed the finance agreement yet.  It's sitting at home whilst I wait to see whether we will appoint McLeish or not.  I really don't fancy coughing up £500 to watch 19 games of anti-football served up by one of the most defensively minded coaches I've ever had the misfortune to witness.

If he gets announced today I'll be making the call to VP to see if I can cancel my application.  Although I love my seat it's not as if I'll struggle to get a ticket for any game if I do decide to go.

I don't see how they can possibly do that.
For anybody who they say that to, go straight to Trading Standards.
