All managers used to working with small squads and not a huge amount of money to throw about, all managers that have achieved more or less, go on the FIFA or LMA website and look at the calibre of managers out there not employed, I could extend this list considerably, if i can see this why can't the Villa board?.

I don't give a shit about that meself - in fact, I don't care for Barcelona at all. But there's a difference between trying to play exciting football at pace and having a side with the best English striker in the country that is happy to play for dull 1-0 wins or 0-0 draws in the hope we stay in the league.
