Ged was trying to play better football we just had alot of dead wood that couldnt do it , fook knows what will happen with that negative plonker managing us ....       hes football is dire , dour , dull , they were the luckiest team ever when they won the cup , he had a 21% win ration last season ...       the blose thing dont bother me , the thing that bothers me is he is a shite manager .....   expect no more than a 22,ooo crowd in the first home game...

Yes clampy I was excited by rumours moyes may quit as he's a good manager but he never quit and I've accepted that he's not going to do so, however much we may wish.

Also clampy don't joke about alzheimers because as many of us know it is not funny .

I did'nt joke about Alzheimers Eastie, and no it's not funny.

New manager, new staff, new training methods, new tactics, new formation, new signings = season of transition ahead again.

Unless randy has access to more funds than presently known about then McL is the sort of manager he will take on because he will play the football as described above.
Lower wages mediocre players providing just enough to survive in PL..
horrible prospect and makes me shiver but the world is a different place now. Five years of going nowhere until money supply returns?  Please no.
Tell it is all a bad dream Randy. We are not after mundane survival.
Frank Rijkaard please!! Give us hope!

Exactly. Houllier was improving us. It was a rocky road but we WERE getting there eventually, I saw improvements certainly and with a summer transfer window ahead bringing in some quality I have no doubt we'd be a LOT better next season.

The problem we had was impatient scumbags who put up ridiculous banners like "Had Enough Houllier Out!" JUST BEFORE THE GAME.

Urrgh, I really hate all the negative people who follow this club i.e. Risso. If you can't take the rough with the smooth, go away and become a United fan where you'll always be happy and you'll never get to moan.

Gullit available.

It was only the other day he was interviewed in the Daily Heil saying how happy he was.

If McLeish is the best we can do my preference would be to have kept Gerard. His reign was not without (some) promise. The doctors gave him the all clear and he wanted to come back.

Me too.

In fact, I am pretty sure there can be no logical reason to pay off Houllier, and pay more compensation to another club, just to employ McLeish.

With what we paid to get rid of GH, and what we may have to pay to get McLeish, he could turn out to be one of our more expensive signings, and I would imagine our most expensive manager. As it makes no sense, is a terrifying thought and bad business sense, i'm going to cling to the hope that it just won't happen.

Denial, it's great!

All this crap the media are spouting out is really making me question their integrity and sources - its just 100% pure nonsense.

Due to this, I'm also beginning to think that perhaps Ryan Giggs is innocent!

The LMA statement is good news.

Confirms what a few wise heads have been saying all along - That McLeish quit because of a breach of contract and he will spend this year in court to recover the remainder of his contract.

The supposed FB post by the General is a fake. It comes from a 'Chuck Krulak' account which has a picture of the General in a viking helmet giving the 5-1 salute. The real General Krulak FB page has the General in full military uniform and is set to strictly private.

It's not the nonsense being spewed on TalkSport every second, it's the really disturbing FACTS that Randy is in Corsica (as is McLeish), Pannu's rant about the E-Mail AND General K's really strange outburst on Facebook.

Right now it's all pointing towards McLeish. I hope i'm wrong but i'm fearing the worst.
