Tweet from blues saying pannu much happier now and mcleish can leave with his blessing as things are now being done properly , - whatever that means.

No one else has heard it, you have no source, but it's 'deffo' true?

Riiiggghhhtttt.
Didn't you just see what I quoted Redknapp word-for-word?

Here is what he said: "I would be interested in the manager's job at such a triffic club like Aston Villa, I wouldn't rule it out"

What more do you want?

Pat Murphy on 5 Live has just said the same thing, sort of hinting that it's just a matter of sorting out the compo.
And he's always spot on isn't he? :P

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make but it was tedious the first time, and hasn't got any less so the more times you make it.

FWIW The General's supposed Facebook rant is now in print on the back page of the Express & Star.

If it is his account, it shows that this stuff about "we never talk to the press" is a bit silly if we're letting stuff like that find its way into the media.

I doubt it was really him, though.

After the pig in mud episode and other media skirmishes over O'Neill's departure, I can't beleive the General would be daft enough to put his thoughts out on FB, especially since the comments are fairly disrespectful to our neighbours owners.
It was a private message that was copied and pasted onto FB the General didn't put it there directly

Any idea who it was addressed to (apart from his first name is Richard obviously) or which site it was sent via? It wasn't someone on H&V, surely?

Stop being so silly. Moyes actually said what paulie quoted, in front of witnesses who are paid to record such things. You just made up a load of shit.

All this Moyes denies interest thing is outdated.

"Says it is inappropriate to be discussing Houllier's position."

It's no longer his position. I'm not saying he's interested, I'm saying a lot has changed since his well chosen words.

The facebook thing was GK's response to a post on Richard's wall about McLeish.
One of his other FB friends saw it and posted it on the forums, after which Richard deleted the post and the General's reply with it.
This is Richard's twitter feed: http://twitter.com/#!/AVFC_Meakin

So BBC are saying we are negiotating with blues over mcleish release- that ties in with what pannu is saying that things are being done properly now- maybe in the next few hours this saga will finally be over, I guess big eck will bring his backroom staff with him ?
