Hmmmm @AVFCMysteryman seems a new twitter account probably trying to jump on the back of the H&V MM.

But @Villa_Insider isn't and he got Houllier right.

Because he got that right doesn't actually mean he has contacts though does it.  He could have just got lucky or repeated what was being said on here. I recall that the Houllier thing was on here (via Dave Woodhall?) before the media got wind of it as I placed a bet on it whilst the odds were still pretty decent.

Dear Mr. Lerner,,
Can I have a go please?
My CV is as follows........
Playing experience.....loads of kick arounds in the play ground in the 1950's. And in the 1980's I played in Barcelona. It was in a kickabout in the Plaza Real. Okay it was with a bunch of kids. But foreign experience seems to  count for a lot today
I'm an Old Age Pensioner so I'm used to managing on a limited budget.
My connections to The Villa are impeccable..........whenever I bump into Gary Shaw in my local I often sink a pint or three with him and reminisce about the good old days.
Let's face it  That CV is far superior to that Scotsman at Small Heath.

Do you drink in The Plough?
The White Horse, York St.
Ah yes, I know Gary goes drinking in there too with his good friend Peter Bodak.  Both share some great stories.

Shaun Teale on Twitter says he'd be gobsmacked if the manager he has been told will take over actually happens....

http://twitter.com/#!/shaunteale
That looks like it correlates with what MM said about there being a 'meltdown'.

It doesn't matter whether we think they're right or wrong anyway. They both seem certain that Moyes will be the new manager very soon so that will tell us whether they can be trusted or not.

@Villa_Insider also mentioned Young to Manure at the start of December and Gary Mac before he arrived.

Again it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure young was going to a top 4 team and he didn't get it right at all he guessed arsenal or man u that gave him a 50 50 chance of sucess. And 2 months earlier it was gunners young was off to. The stock peopllke put in some prat on twitter is unreal. I'm going now as you guys can't see the forrest for the trees and I'll get wound up trying to point you to the facts that I have just researched reading every tweet he had made since september last year. And for what its worth I guess young was off to united after his first 2 seasons, before a ball was kicked last year I guess I should ring eyvett fielding as I am now a better phsycic than derek ackorah

Firstly, is it the "real" Shaun Teale - coz I remember Bentgate at Spurs and it was found out there was about 50 people trying to say they was him.

Going on if it is - it can only be one of 6 people

Good

Pep Guardiola , Jose Mourinho , Ancelotti or Van Gaal

Bad

MON , McLeish

Giving the fact I am pretty sure it won't be Jose or Pep - which of the other 4 is it then. I can't see anyone else "gobsmacking" us. Annoying us, yes, pleasing us, yes , underwhelming us, yes - but these are the only four that will "gobsmack" us

Chill out geez! I'm not saying I believe these guys. Just pointing things that they appear to have got things right in the past.

I'm not a tweeter myself and so don't really understand it but doesn't his last tweet say something about a member of the former player's association? Or is that him? I'm sure I've read that wrong.  Ron Atkinson?

Guys, Teale is talking about Moyes. He even says in another tweet that it's someone still currently managing another PL club. He then says it's 'good' gobsmacked, not bad, which rules out McLeish.

David Moyes is on his way to Villa. Also this:

Please god not Hughes.

When Houllier went I would have been slightly disappointed with Hughes, now it would be a massive relief.
