Big amount of money laid on Betfair on McLeish - someone either doesn't think it's going to be him or is trying to manipulate the odds up.

Yes, I believe the term for that is "THE BOOKIES TAKING THE PISS AND LOWERING THE ODDS SO THAT PEOPLE SPEND MONEY".  Or something like that.

Wasn't shouting at you by the way...  ;)

Isn't David Cameron a Villa fan?  Maybe he could come in as DOF with Price William and Tom Hanks as manager and 1st team coach.   Actually that'd never work, there's no way Cameron would share power with someone else.  Oh well.......

Tom Hanks can't even control a ball;

Moyes would be good, but as many have said I can't see it happening.

He isn't, he said on here earlier that he's never used Twitter.

I'd be elated if it happened.

Just got this off an Everton fans forum:

David Moyes has dismissed the moronic media reports linking him with a step down to Aston Villa, but has hinted at a desire for a “fresh challenge“.
"As far as I know I“m here and I“m the manager," he told The Post.
"I want to have a club, though, where I can give the supporters something, I really do.
"I want a good fresh challenge when we come back next summer and hopefully that will be the case

Hmmmm.  The quotes don't quite match the posters arrogance.

Villa insider also failed miserbally on jan 4th when he said adam was about to sign on a 3.5 year deal

In all fairness , Holloway was playing silly buggers for £10M after we showed our hand.

Maybe Adam did want to sign, maybe that's why hollowhead came out to the press moaning about our offer.
