More chance of Barry Fry !

There is not a chance in this world it would happen. i think the fact the bookies have said everyone from Ancelotti to Lady Gaga - but not McLeish says it all don't you.

I dont think it would be as bad a PR disaster as McClown - but not far off.

Also, Aftab, have you ever thought that he works at the Blues and you saw him about 300 yrds from Spaghetti Junction.

Suppose I betta get a bet on Norbert Dentresangle - I keep seeing his trucks down that way as well.

Blues manager or not, he got a team relegated when there were worse teams in the league. Stay away.

Walter Smith as an outsider? The Board will have taken advice again as they did with Houllier.

A 'brave' decision in the Yes Minister sense of the word, ie fucking stupid.

I'm only pulling your leg. I'd love to see him come here, and as MM says the choice will send things into meltdown,it could still be him. But two hours ago i was gonna buy a fake goatie beard to welcome the new guy,so fcuk knows.

Well get your money back and go get them eyebrows !!!

In fact, thats it! - I've hit on the answer. Lets just employ someone, put a budget away for plastic surgery , give him Rafa's beard , Carlos eyebrows, Rijkaards hair, Mouinho's eyes (women tell me he has lovely eyes) - and so we have a person who can connect with the fans - Sid's nose.

The perfect boss !

McLeish would indeed cause meltdown and not in a good way

Really?  He's done a decent job without any real funds.  Would also bring in Dann, Johnson and Foster, hopefully.  Perhaps not my first choice, but a brave decision if this was to be the case. Took them down for us too, wahay!!
Can we just have Dann, Johnson and Foster and leave their gaffer where he is?
Or perhaps give him a a big fuckoff medal for the great deed he has done!

How typically Villa... we started off talking about Ancelotti, would have been delighted with Jol or really happy with Benitez. As time goes by we'll just be happy to not get Curbishley.

For every day that passes, the less appealing we become to prespective managers and players...

Dont worry - we are just re-running the Harewood - Heskey - Bent thing again only much quicker.

We are going through the dross, but get the one in the end.

I am not saying any thing other than stating the fact that it was him, his car and driving along Thimble Mill Lane  in the direction away from VP. He may  have been in the Adventurer enjoying a few drinks with Villa fans!!

the football world's eyes are not looking at who the next Villa manager will be,

theres no one at sky doing his nut because they cant find anything out,
the bookies are just doing what they always do, everyday of the week,
in short no one gives a flying toss,  only us

think about it, do we care who the next Chelsea boss is, not really,
the only people going into hyperbowl about it is us, beacuse we are the only ones who care.
