It shows how bonkers this all is that people are even prepared to imagine MON coming back as a serious possibility.

laursen no way- martinez not ready- mon ? they couldnt , they wouldnt would they?

Was just thinking the same.

I effin hope not. Add MON to the list of Maclaren and Mcleish of who i dont want walking through the doors. Not unless he's learnt how to play possesion football, figured out there's better players abroad and has a plan B.

aye. stuff of nightmares

In the words of good old Mrs Tate

f................................... chill aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sky sports sources understands.........

Do you know who "sky sports sources are" - it's some spotty nosed kid in the back office sitting there on about five computers watching websites such as the one we are all on now - and then claiming it is news.

Yesterday - this place goes into mass hysteria with the thought McClown was gonna get the job - ........................ Sky Sports Understands Steve McLaren is top of Villas waiting list.

We all go berzerk this mornign, putting Rafa on top by a mile......SKy Sports sources understand Rafa is the wan Villa want.....

Around 6.30pm - MM comes on here and puts his post.

Guess what - 40 mins later - Sky Sports understands Rafa wont be Villa boss....

They haven't got a sodding clue - all they do is read websites. Sky Sports also understood on Saturday O'Neill was due to be appointed Fulham manager.

Lets just wait until someone is holding a scalf above his head on the pitch.

And - going from MM post - I am going to re-affirm EVERYTHING I have said for over a week now.

There are only three two names that would cause mass hysteria on here (apart from Benny who the majority will be chuffed with) and for differing reasons these are:-

Ancelotti - we would go into a Man City type expectation frenzy
MON - the boards will be in meltdown with pro / con arguaments,

Personally , and I think the MM post backs this up - benny is back up, Ancelotti is the one we want, and presumably benny won't like playing second fiddle so we are probably putting all our eggs in one basket now.

But don't rule out the third one - I keep saying - stranger things have happened in football !

The madness is on the back of Sky, Rafa came into as low as 1/5 on some sites and is now back at as high as 16/1 on some. That is some speedy up and down madness.

I am now simply convinced Ancelotti is going to take it after all.
