I've heard a rumour that there is a chance, only a chance mind, that it could happen.

Meaning MoN?

You know what, nothing would surprise me anymore...

Aside from what it would mean in terms of undermining Randy's authority, a week after we were in court with him? Don't think so.

To be honest, I'll accept many, but Curbishley or McLaren and I'm finished ! - and no one will convince me otherwise

On here as well?
Can we have that in writing?

I'm sure that that regrettable post, if it comes, will be both articulate and erudite. Please feel free to use as many exclamation marks and CAPITAL LETTERS as you think are necessary for we poor thickos to get your message.

Jesus. I nearly want either AC or SMcL to sign a ten year contract on that basis alone...

We need a poll, which prospective manager would cause the most people to stop actively supporting the Villa.

I like Coyle but I think that Randy is looking for better. Proven Euro aspirations/experience. Not ( with respect) mid table experience. I think imho he would love a CA type manager and create the upward spiral of great name, confident players, new big name players to believe in our ambition and success beyond where we are. A kick start as he thought he might have with Houllier. For five years or more. Otherwise we fall behind so far we will struggle to catch up for many years. It is all about aspiration. In this game , where so much capital, both financial and belief - is reality. Build it and they will come.

Hope so anyway.

Hey guys :) been away for ages, has taken me weeks to remember my old username and password as my email account for this had closed! lol.

So, right into the action. Got to be Mark Hughes for me, the best candidate for the job and somebody who will play good football whilst not taking any crap! Got a bit of ITK myself but don't want to post it out in the open as such.

I hope you're not taking the piss Chris. I dont like saying things like that but our integrity would be shot to bits.
To have him back after what he dd to this club would make me want to vomit my ribs up.

Not that its even remotely likely.
