I have a horrible feeling, that what i was told may turn out to be true........Curbishley or McLaren.

And who told you this, a nomadic piss artist in a bus shelter?

The guardian sports editor is promising ' the full Hughes / villa story' in tomorrows paper, promising a 'good'un' . . .

Why is no one mentioning Jol despite him being in the poll?

Has he distanced himself or something?

Can't see Martinez becoming the boss, hes too unproven at the moment

I'm still holiding out hope for Benitez or Ancelotti now Hughes is out of the picture

But was ridiculed the last time he promised a big story and it turned out to be a tedious and untrue Gareth Bale rumour.

Don't know how to put this really, because it sounds complete rubbish.

Mate of mine works for military intelligence based in Dortmund Germany with links all over main land Europe.

He's just text me saying what do you think then........"I think  Van Basten will do a good job for you"......thats it......

I might be wrong, but has he ever been anything other than average anywhere?

Listening to some of the emails on SSN, it does come across that we're in cloud cuckoo land really.

Hughes would be decent enough, but people saying 'Ancelotti/Wilkins' only are 99% likely to be setting themselves up for disappointment.

So, personally, I'm hoping for McClaren. Then any other appointment can only please me.

If it wasn't for a dodgy Lasagne,he could've got Spurs into the top four before 'arry did.

It's not Curbishley. I've taken the precaution of kidnapping him and tying him up in the attic until the recruitment process is over

He seemed to be one of the main contenders to take over at the beginning of the season
