One feels it is beginning to all unravel and the 'end game' may be in sight...

It's a big feck off Big Eck from me.

I agree with Paulie, they wouldn't be that stupid. They'll go for Billy Davies instead.

if Lerner appoints Mcleish as manager, then he may aswell douse the holte end in petrol and set in on fire, he'd get the same reaction from people.

McClaren and Forest would be a good fit. Chance for him to establish his name back in the English leagues and Forest will be there or thereabouts the play-offs. So absolutely McClaren to Forest. Please

Did I sound just a bit desperate there?

I would want McClaren over McCleish.

Other than Talksport is there actually any confirmation of his resignation?

Sky website has it too.

I think I'll be physically sick if we get Mcleish. I'd rather we had no manager at all and just ask the mascot to pick the team every week.

You guys are being idiots.

Of course we're not going to get McLeish. He's on the wind-up and you lot are flailing around like muppets.

Really?

On the plus side, McLaren's in talks with Forest.

damm. He was my fallback option if the other 91 clubs turn down randy's permission slip.
Still too high on anybody's list!

I'd want anyone other than McClaren or McCleish.

If McLeish tips up at the Villa, i hope he brings a centre half with him..

Would rather have McLaren though.

mclaren defo to forest being reported and mcleish has just resigned-if it as looks likely is mcleish lets back himnand give him a chance - at rangers and managing scotland he did well and won a cup at blues so hes not all bad.
Still bloody hard to take though eastie!
