The people claim:  Ancellotti expects to be sacked and would like to stay in England. Could He be the man to take us forward ? He has all the qualities. Contacts, player pulling power and premiership experience ??

Hasn't done anything at his previous clubs, so it would be a no from me!  ;)

Would love him here. Great coach and despite the club he manages I find him likeable.

We won't get him, mind.

Nah, he's too high-profile for us. I think we can expect the likes of Alan Curbishley or Fat Sam.

God help us.

Lots of paper talk about him being the next Roma coach. Although I don't think they can make it into the Champs league places whether that would have a bearing on where he would go.

If either of those two are our next manager I'll eat my keyboard.

Great manager but cant see him coming to the villa.  We aint big enough plus he would want a lot of money to spend.  I'd like to see David Moyes even though a lot of people saying it would be a sideways step for him.  He would get better financial backing at villa and attract slightly better calibre players.

Hard to know, as I think we'd pay him handsomely enough anyway (isn't Houllier on a fair wedge?). Wouldn't rule it out completely, but would class it as unlikely.

His left eyebrow is far too liberal to be allowed out of London.

It's gotta be B.S. I've read that he'll probably go to Roma if he loses his job. I've also heard that McClaren will throw his hat into the ring if the job becomes available, which scares the shit out of me.

Ancellotti is nailed on for the Roma job, I think we will end up with either Moyes , Hughes, Benitez, McClaren, or if Dave Woodhall has his way, Super Glenn Roeder, the saviour of our season!!
