That was utterly needless from Delph, who I think is playing pretty poorly in truth. Young and Downing doing a solid job defensively, but disappointing offering going forward.

25 to go. Sitting too deep and not hitting the channels on the break as we should be.

We need to attack a bit more, because we are getting sucked back into our own area.

Arse seem to be first to the ball everywhere but where it counts at the moment. But it means we are getting no relief. All of our eleven players within the last third then.

Is it worth going Bradley and Gabby for Downing and Delph? Give us fresh legs, one less on a bookign and the pace of Gabby down the right.

It always is with Villa leading. Apart from about 10 minutes in the game against Blackburn, for the last 4-5 years we have been in the nervy holding on poistion almost everytime we are in the lead.

I was just about to ask when was the last time we looked the better team having gone up 2-0? We always go into our shell, when the better teams keep piling on.

Actually, this constant giving the ball to Arsenal is completely brainless, we really need to improve this next season. Terrible, at times.
