We should buy him back.

He's not getting much playing time there.

Can I ask where has this myth come from that Milner never plays.

Man City have had 47 games this season.

Milner has started 28 of them !!! and appeared on the game at some point as sub in another 11

Thus he has played in 39 out of 47 games. Thats a hell of a lot and more than most other players.

So, he left us for a club who weren't in the champions league, saying he wanted to get the club into the champions league , and he has.

He said he wanted to win medals - and he has in his first season.

And he now earns over 10000 pounds per week.

I don't think it is too stupid of me to say I bet he is absolutely ecstatic !

And that goes for Barry to

Is the right answer.................

That doesn't hide the fact that his best performance this season was for us,and the talk of him being the future of Englands midfield has gone quiet.

But he's not ours anymore,so fcuk him,im sure his time will come again, but not at City.

He is at a club who have just won the cup and who will be playing in the champions league next season.

We've spent the season fighting relegation.

I don't imagine he will be too distraught at the way things have panned out

Jimmy seems to have a habit now of leaving clubs and then they turn crap, Leeds, Newcastle and Villa. Lets hope he has the same effect on Man City.

Or he has an agent with an ability to spot when the right time to jump is.

Does he get a medal as an unused sub?

No, but he wouldn't be human if he wasn't pissed off at not playing yesterday as always seems to happen fir the key matches. A lot of fuss is going to be made about it because it is their first trophy and he will not be part of it. If he's got any sense he'll know that the additional signings they'll make because of the champions league will probably limit his chances further next season. If he wants to play in the important games he's likely to be disappointed.

I very much doubt that he'll move, unless he falls foul of the 25 man rule, and if he dd it wouldn't be to us but I'm sure it hasn't worked out how he wanted so far.

It's a good job you mentioned that, I don't think anyone's mentioned that idea on H&V yet.

Thus he has played in 39 out of 47 games. Thats a hell of a lot and more than most other players. Only Joe Hart has played most of them, Kompany , Barry and Silva have played more than Milner, and everyone else (big players) has played roughly the same

How many premier league games has he started for them though? He started against Spurs but in most of the other ones, he seems to have been a sub?

He's someone who loves playing to me so I actually think he'll be really disappointed he was just a sub when he was the main man for us last season.

His FA Cup winner's medal and games in the Champions League next season will probably help ease the occasional disappointment of not playing every match.
