I guarantee you they are. You have to remember that Nike are behind them, and despite some of the delays and issues we've seen, they are arguably the number one world wide sports fashion brand. They know exactly what they're doing, and much of it is very deliberate.

Better than this years, not as good as the first Nike / last 32 Red kit.

Someone was selling a load of those on ebay, home and away, without the sponsor. I went into a frenzy and bought about five of each. I never wear them.

Future generations will thank me.

We've been working with them for a couple of years now and I can assure you they aren't.

Like the launch last year where the kit was shown to everyone before the launch...

When I started supporting Villa, they wore white socks - black is going back to very early days; they're very ManUre now !

White are fine, and I like the claret / blue tops .

I like that, no problem with the checks at all - manages to be a bit different without being waaaaay off, which is fine by me. I usually get the shirt each Christmas off my sister (and always about a size too small, bless 'er), but if it's available without the sponsor on it then...........eeeeeeeeeehhhh  8)

I bought this today. Then realized the similarity. I quite like the Croatia shirt, so I'm more into the Villa design now.

I hope the away is a white and very light blue checker board.

I like it and I'm not offended by the white socks .
They remind me of the wonderful 1986-87 season  when....ah bugger.

White socks as an alternative -if we have to change our socks but the rest of the home kit is suitable- for an away match.

Aside from that, it should be blue socks with the home kit whenever possible.
