I got mine from poor Mac outside the church. I felt sorry as he had that bloody awful choir behind him. They were so bad they made St.winifreds school choir sound good!!!!
Dave, under the circumstances, he deserves some extra commission for having to endure that din  ;D

They were soundchecking when we got there. They had a full PA crew. A church choir with a PA crew.

I stopped and listened to that church choir for good 5 minutes. Admittedly it was only because I had to queue that long for my 99 from the ice cream van.

I would suggest their PA sound checks need looking at. They were awful, made some of the worst auditions on the X-factor sound good!

Purchased from my usual reliable source - Percy - aka Mr Whitehouse (devastatingly handsome ? :o  )
Had a nice chat with Dorset Villa - perhaps we all should have followed Damon Green`s idea and missed out on the game

Yeah, I always thought Percy comes across as a hard bastard, the Whitehouse chap not so much.

He sells by the Holte End and looks a bit like Mr Mackie, out of South Park. Percy sells by Aston Park, and looks a bit like Mark E Smith, out of The Fall.

He is the extremely tall chap with glasses, who me and a mate have re-named Steve Lighthouse. Nice chap too.

Maybe it was you, then.  There's a way to settle this.
When you look in the mirror, do you find yourself muttering, "Yesss...'Mr Darcy'....Get In!" ?

May I also thank Lord Woodhall for introducing me & Mrs C to the great Dennis Mortimer - for that I shall definitely be subscribing to H&V next season - made my day - even if football was postponed and a throw in competition replaced it.
