Worrying on a Villa level solely, but best wishes to him on a personal level.

I'm certain I don't want him as our manager next year but that is an insignificant issue and lets hope he is back on the touchline very soon.

Let's hope it isn't serious and he is in the dugout on Saturday.

All the best Ged.

Just to reiterate what everybody else is saying, hope it's not serious and that he's back on his feet and in charge of team matters sooner rather than later.

I can only echo what others have said; I might not be his biggest fan but wish him all the best for a speedy recovery

Get well soon Gerard!

Not trying to be funny or owt but why? You want him sacked. Obviously everyone wants him to recover and get back to full health but why does it make you and others want him to do what you don't want to see him doing when he is back at full health? A failing or a strength of humanity?

come on now peter. Risso may not want him as manager but he doesn't wish him to be hospitalised

Because the alternative is to hope that his condition is serious and you can't honestly believe that anyone on here wants that. I find it bizarre that you need to ask.
