Albrighton went off the boil around Christams time.   In fact he cost us a couple of wins with some stupid mistakes.

Downing and Clark for me.

Clark and Downing but a mention for Walker who's done really well too.

I would say Downing definitely. I was not sure how he would take to playing on the right side, but it seems like he's played there all his career.

Young player for me is Clark. Done a good job under difficult circumstances and come out a player that I would have confidence in playing anywhere across the defence or midfield. Great utility player to have around.

Downing and Albrighton, and I predict it will be a landslide. Should annoy the Downing-hater that sits behind me, hurrah!

Downing also had a poor spell around Xmas/January. It's been such a poor season by most of our original senior players, Downing is the only one that has looked half decent. I still think he has huge room for improvement, especially on his final delivery but compared to last season he's like a different player. Delighted that after such a nasty injury he's managed to get his game back together and appears to really enjoy his football.

Clark came in and did a man's job of whatever was asked of him. I really hope he gets the chance to further develop next season.

Honourable mentions to NRC and Albrighton plus Bent and Walker for their impact over the last 3 months.

im surprised there arent more shouts for ashley young on here.....

I think we're just being considerate.  Not having the Player of the Year trophy will be one less thing for him to pack in the summer.

I never realised though that Clark had played more than Super Marc this season.

I don't think he has.
