Stoke will still be on cloud nine after their semi-final win, they have a pretty poor away record and have home games in which to pick up the points they need to ensure safety, while Villa finally have turned the corner.
We'll win at a canter. 3-0.

I hate this fixture.

Stoke players won't want to be getting injured between now and the cup final. We're growing in confidence.

Time to shake the monkey off our back and beat this horrible, horrible rabble.

I am going to be at Villa Park for the first time in circa 8 years on Sat as I am back from Sing on my stag weekend and I managed to convince the lads to take me to the Villa!  I am going for 3-0 Villa with a Bent double and Downing.

Up the Villa!

Anyone remember the game against Ipswich in 1978 - a week or so before the FA cup final and they rolled over for us, 6 - 1 I think the score was.

With Gary Mac in charge and the reputed lack of confidence in him, my confidence levels about this game have just dipped

I can never quite understand the hatred for Stoke City, I actually quite like them. They're a proper club with good support, and somehow really manage to wind up Blues and Albion fans, which can only be a good thing. Who cares if they don't play football the way that Arsene Whinger thinks they should.

Having said that, I hope they get a proper tonking on Saturday.

3-1 to Villa.

Really? You don't think the players will be minded to put in a good performance for Ged then given the circumstances?

Despite the cup final I think they will be up for this. On 38 points, they'll want to get to 40 quickly with Arsenal and Man City still to play in the league.

2-1 Villa.
