Aston Villa can win the Premier League this season.

Yes, I thought that may get your attention.

I am not joking.

The Premier League for season 2010-2011 really can be won by Aston Villa......

.................for Manchester United, when we play at Arsenal on Sunday 15th May.

The serious point I am making is do not write off any of the remaining 21 points we are fighting for.
With the game switching to the Sunday, Arsenal could concievably go into their penultimate match 4 points behind Man U with a game in hand. Pressure or what ? Very strange results occur when teams are reaching the final hurdles.
So, if we do not win this Sunday (personally I think we will) lets not listen to all the doom merchants when they come out the woodwork again. Also lets not have talk about Wigan at home being a 'must win' game. The reality is that all 7 matches are 'can win' games, including Arsenal away !

COME ON VILLA !

I'm sorry but I'm getting a bit fed up with the sheer number of ra ra ra threads. Most of us don't need to be continually told how to support Villa.

If we lose on Sunday and don't sack the manager, we're probably going down.

I don't say that because I'm a doom merchant, I say it on the basis of our body of results this season and more importantly, the results of our current form during this run of supposedly easy games.

There's no point in trying to convince yourself we'll beat Arsenal away if we can't beat Newcastle or feckin Wigan at home.

But yes, COME ON VILLA!

Agree with every word of this.
