Different Between UK Team(Play Good) and Aston Villa(?)
« on: March 30, 2011, 04:33:44 PM »
I have no doubt why our player display quite well under the UK shirt.
However I also quite disappoint why they not produce that quality in our shirt.

The England system worked because Ash was on the wing cutting in instead of "in the hole".
Milner/Barry and Wilshire can thread the through balls better than our midfield.

That's an England shirt Sarunyu, we do not have a UK football team. This would include Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. I think the simple answer is that our manager has not succeeded in getting the best out of him and Capello is now learning a lot more about Ash and others around him
It would be a nice team now if we still had Barry, Milner and Cahill. Again, look at these players for the same question and answer, well, the two at Man City anyway.

Ashley Young had a much better game on Saturday for any number of reasons - perhaps because he does indeed want to get noticed, and probably because he was playing with much better midfielders and because Wales are at about the level of a Watford. Last night was inconclusive for me - yes, he was quite conspicuous and did some good things but much of his crossing and decision making was still quite wasteful. And he was up against a Ghana defence that made our own look half decent...

I just wish GH would put AY into the same position he plays for England at Villa i think we would see a better Ashley Young and our performances would pick up.

Hi Sarunyu.
You have my permission to steal a Tuktuk run over your friends who wear Man U and Chelsea shirts.
