I think the only change will be Bopara for Trott, with Bell to bat @ 3 and Bopara @ 6
I'm not so sure; why pick 5 quicks if we're only going to play 3? Bopara & Finn will be the spare wheels.

I cant see us suddenly changing and playing 5 bowlers, Finn is only in as cover for Tremlett ie a tall bowler

But, as it stands, Tremlett isn't in the side so why have cover for him?

Zaheer ruled out of the series

We've got to go all out for a 4-0 series win now.

Tremlett out of test. I assume that the only change from the Trent Bridge XI to be Bopara for Trott.

Won the toss and batting. Good toss to win, looks to be a green tinge to the pitch.
