A lot of hype about Somerset before the start. I had Sunday marked down to go but would be happy if it's all over tomorrow.
Let's hope it's Chris Woakes' season. And Chris Woakes a Villa fan too. :)

You Bears! Great to see your keeping an eye on things from afar The Left Side!

Absolutely Johnno, they even have the Indian cricket over here now, hope you're all good?

A few stats:

Highest score by the Bears after being put into bat

Highest score against Somerset

6th highest score in the Bears' history

240 more runs than the highest total in all of the 2010 season

I'd like to see us take advantage of any early morning dew and mop up the tail in the first hour. The second innings will be tougher; Somerset won't roll over as easily so the more time we have to secure an innings victory the better.

Somerset 210 all out and 30 for 5 in their second innings, Woakes has taken 9 wickets to add to his 129.

The sooner Chris Woakes gets in the England side, the better! 9 wickets and a century, not bad!
