The right of spring?
« on: March 20, 2011, 09:55:40 AM »
Our last win was 26 February against Blackburn. Then we hit March - our results?

2 March - Man City 3 vs Aston Villa 0 (FA Cup)
5 March - Bolton 3 vs Aston Villa 2 (Premier League)
19 March - Aston Villa 0 vs Wolves 1 (Premier League)

Our next game is on 2 April.

Once again, we've had an awful March. Is it the right of spring to depress Aston Villa fans? I half-joked to my Dad earlier in the year that another poor March would see us relegated.

I guess we'd better have a bloody good April and May, then...

Modified Shrek. Apologies. The defeats must be just blurring into one. Lord alone knows why I wrote that.

Actually, it was an attempt at a play-on-words - replacing 'rite' with 'right' to create an alternative title from a familiar phrase.

I'm not sure it worked. But I'm glad someone noticed the Stravinsky connection.
