How refreshing is that? He doesn't usually interview too well on camera but he looked really relaxed and comfortable with the kids and parents - genuinely enjoying that side of his life. Well done Gabby.

Good lad.

A nice bright story amongst all the disasterous shit that's been coming out of the club lately.

It's good that the kids coming through the academy have this to look to as an example.

Hopefully it will just be his charitable side that the kids emulate, not his ability to have a stable of women with fannies like a plasterers radio.

It's the fact this is a personal donation that makes it so nice and not just handing over a cheque raised by the club or another source. They were talking about buying equipment so must have been a substantial ammount.Very refreshing.

I don't think the amount Gabby donated should be disclosed. It was a private thing for him to do and good on him for doing it.

Good on him - shame that the tabloids don't make as much of these sort of stories

Well Done Gabby

Talk of a six figure fee in the Mirror.

Respect to that young man.

Well into six figures apparently.

Possibly a month's wages which is a fantastic amount of money for him to donate.

Fair play Gabby. Wish we had 10 others like you in our team.
