Anything less than a win and you can stick a fork in the Villa for 10/11.

Loss. 2-1 to them and watch it all kick off

One saving grace might be that they will have their eye on the cup quarters the following week as they have a very good chance of mamking the semis with only the inbreds standing in their way...

Coyle will have done his homework and will know how easy it is to get at our fragile defence and dodgy oap keeper

I'm not only disgusted with the team selection of 8 changes; we all knew we were going out before a ball was kicked when we saw the team, but Houllier's condesending comments after were pathetic. To say we had internationals in various positions might be fact and I don't have any major problems with any of the players individually, but when you analysis properly, the team was not set up right. Our 3 best players are seated on the bench and this was not only the FA Cup but we were up against experienced players. We were never going to compete. I thought Houllier said it was about winning medals. What a joke. What decent player wanting to win things will sign for us when we don't even compete and settle for mid table security. It's now 16 years since we won anything. Houllier must be sacked and now.

Not sure who is available & who isn't for this one.

I think we'll win. It'll be a totally different team & game to last night.

Bolton 2-3 Villa.

Got the feeling it'll be quite open & end to end.
