Fonz not off
« on: March 02, 2011, 01:01:56 PM »
Daily Mail says that Ipswich are looking to loan Simon Cox from the Baggies after an approach to take Nathan on loan failed.

Will be interesting to see if he features tonight - personally I would have thought some game time at a decent Championship club is exactly what he needs right now.  Better than sitting on the bench.

Surely this should be in transfer rumours thread rather than a thread of it's own? Fonzie needs game time and I'd rather use him here but if he is not going to play then by all means let him have a run on loan.

The Fonz can play his part for us off the bench, i'm glad he's staying.

He wasnt even on the bench last week and Weiman came back to play for the reserves for some reason before returning to Watford on loan i think he would benefit from a move to a decent championship side and get some confidence. He is 4th/5th choice striker here

Houllier has said tgT he wants him and Bannam working with the first team squad for the rest of the season. Seems he thinks they'll learn more from his methods than picking up bad habits elsewhere, which is fair enough.

I think he should be offloaded to a Championship team.  That is the highest level he will ever make imo.  Very, very overrated by some.  No better than either of the Moore's.
