Big Clubs Always Get Favourable Treatment From Referees
« on: March 02, 2011, 09:08:30 AM »
From today's Times.

Robert Mancini is convinced that the bigger the club the more preferential treatment they receive. Mark Clattenburg, the ref for tonight's tie against the Villa should have red-carded Rooney on Saturday. "This happens in every country, it's normal. The big club usually has different treatment."

There you are, then. It's official. Get used to it.

Don't think Sir Alex agrees after last night when David Luiz didn't get a second yellow........

Unless Chelsea are a big club and Man U aren't  ;D

Let's see if that theory of Mancini's holds true tonight - anyone know who the ref is?

Mancini is dead right, but it's hardly a revelation.

We only have to go back to last seasons League cup final when Vidic wasn't sent off, in fact, i'm amazed we even got a penalty out of it.

And the Blose penalty decision at the weekend. Its irrelative now but would be highly noted had Arseholes gone on and won. Im glad it happened to Man Utd last night, serves Fergie fucking right. It was nothing, there's a witch hunt against David Luiz...

Amused at Ferguson's outrage at last night's penalty. He has conveniently forgotten that Man U took the lead through a player who would've been suspended had he played for any other club.
