Bradley has been really dissapointing each time he's been on the pitch since arriving. The guy needs time to settle but his headless chicken routine is frustrating as hell, lots of endeavour but zero impact.

Coupled with the slow death of Petrov it leaves us with a completely ineffectual midfield.

What a pile of Merde.
I had had enough after Sunderland but then things were getting better, but that selection and 1st half performance has left me pissed off again.

Well this is squad rotation for you. An average side put out in our last chance of silverware. Since when has concentrating on one thing has to be at the detriment of the other. Houllier has let us, and more importantly the fAns there, with that team. Changes needed at half-time but it's too late now. Any momentum from Saturday should have been played into, not meekly surrunded.

City are playing in neutral- they can step it up if they need to , gabby and heskey are not good enough to be here next season, deeply depressing evening- totally shocked by this.

Agree. They and Petrov just can't hold onto the ball and yet are our most experienced players.

And all the pace, what little there is, goes right out the window whenever Petrov or Heskey get hold of it...

Herd all over the place at right back, The Fonz is anonymous but Delph, Clark and Barry have impressed me

Do you think If we bring Bent on wearing a Heskey mask , the ref would notice...

Agbonlahor is useless, so limited. He needs to watch Bent's movement and learn from him, He won't learn though because he just isn't good enough.

I hope the rumours of selling him are true

That'll be one more player who always scores against us when he plays.

GH has ruined Gabby.   Jesus wept.

OK team selection seems a little strange and I can understand the criticism.
But in Gerrard we trust, its going to be ok.
I will quote this to you all in 2 hours time when we have won.

I hope.

How's your trust holding up?

If we were going to put out such a weakened team then fans should have been made aware of it- many will have travelled expecting to see the best team out there and houllier has let them down big time- ambition? I agree with earlier poster , ash will have no doubt about the clubs ambition after tonight, I wish him well and fully understand why he would want to join a club who aim to win trophies.
