Come on Villains, lets at least start the game with an air of positivity! Negativity only breeds more negativity!

Come you Lions!

I'm not sure what the hell he's playing at but i can only presume he thinks the league is more important.

If we get hammered Houllier's gonna get a bashing. And rightfully so, what on earth?

My thoughts exactly. However, if Fonzie and Bannan step up to the plate and win us the game, then it will be one of the proudest recent days as a Villan. However, that is unlikely to happen.

MAN CITY: Hart, Richards, Boateng, Lescott, Zabaletta, Vieira, Barry, Silva, Y Toure, Kolarov, Balotelli.

We're fucked.

Calm down. No Tevez or Kompany. We're gonna bamboozle them with all our young attackers exchanging positions at will in a performance of pass and move that we've not seen since the Yorke-Savo-Hendrie-Joachim wondershows of spring '98 during Gregory's honeymoon.

Why rightfully so? What should he do? Pick ten defenders? Let's at least see how it pans out. Their midfield is hardly blessed with pace and we can bring the likes of Ash & Downing on.

I'm very calm. And very happy to see the youngsters get the chance. I'm just very calmly and consideredly saying we're fucked for today.

Totally shocked by this selection- Moscow all over again, we had the confidence and the chance to really go for this cup and I am amazed at the team put out- why oh why?

"Martin O'Neill sticks with the same players all the time, they're all knackered and all know that they're guaranteed a start, booooo!"

"Gerard has rotated his squad to keep them fresh and encourage competition for places, booooo!"

I really don't understand that line up.  I know he likes rotating the squad, but Young, Downing and Albrighton on the bench?? I wasn't feeling too optimistic before I saw the line up - now I feel completely deflated.  Hope he proves me wrong

He's taking a massive gamble in the biggest game of our season.
