Holte Upper. I'll also buy you a pint and throw it towards your gaping jaws if need be.

I brought my missus up to the Blackburn FA Cup match the other week, her first taste of a match at Villa Park. We were Holte Upper and she loved it, four goals and a sending off. Only thing she didnt like was how cold it was and boy it was cold that day. Anyway, i thought start her off in the Holte amongst the singers and the atmosphere, decent view, she'll love it and she did.

It's all information in the bank Guy. I paid £110 + £2 booking for 2 adults, 1 young 'adult' and 1 junior in L6 RV. It would have been £138 in the Trinity Upper. That's 36 spot for beer and sundries. Win win!

SHQ: you remembered that this happened to me before after booking a flight, didn't you? Not to worry, if it gets pushed to Sunday, we're OK this time, as we're flying to NYC from BHX on the Monday morning and will be around all weekend.

We haven't had a home Monday night fixture yet this season....the reverse fixture at the Britannia was of course a Monday night game.

Enjoy the game Darren, remember to wrap up, it will be a lot colder than it is down Perpignan way!

Shame it is Stoke you are forcing them to endure, but then rugby is the 'national game' down in the south west of France so they wil be well used to it...

Cheers Richard! The girls will know to wrap up, the eldest has been to VP (just the shop) and the Bartons so she knows the score. They are really up for it. I might make them wear their berets and onion necklaces too.

Hang on, there are seats together in Trinity A wings i.e. A1 row A seats 35 to 40-ish. Can anybody tell me if that is the front row or up the back?

Change your booking to these seats.

They are front row with a panoramic view of the ground, the pitch and the Holte, ideal for making an impression on first time visitors, avoid the stairs and take the lift, it's all good.

Holte Lower's a good choice, BE. Look forward to seeing you in the Holte Suite at half time and/or in the Barton's.
